We pride ourselves on exceptionally high quality standards of work, using highly trained staff and high quality waterproofing products available on the market, and we carefully consider each project, planning to our surroundings and stake holder requirements accordingly.

We are able to offer all forms of Structural Waterproofing, General Builders Works, Dilapidations, Soft Strip and Interiors. Each contract has the direct involvement of the company directors, who are firm believers in a ‘hands on’ approach to project management.

  • Offer professional indemnity insurance up to 5 million for design and installation
  • Provide consultancy, surveys and design services that comply with BS 8102:2009
  • Provide pre-tender design services, marked plans, full specifcations and concise estimates
  • Provide expert advice and witness services during design meetings with the client’s team
  • Assist the main contractor in understanding the design

  • Attend pre-contract and programme meetings
  • Attend progress/review meetings with clients and/or architects
  • Provide comprehensive risk assessments and method statements
  • Provide NVQ qualified operatives to carry out the installation works
