Tidal were instructed by Deconstruct Uk to be part of this prominent refurbishment project.

Previously commercial units, Deconstruct are repurposing the space to a high spec hotel, with retail units at street level.

Tidal designed and executed the preparation, and rendering of two large basement area in central London. After shot-blasting the walls and floor, Tidal installed a Sika System to over 4,000 sqm of basement floors and walls.

As well as the basement works, Tidal completed the external waterproofing to the pavements, using an RIW system, scabbling to prep and applying RIW tough seal throughout.
