After demolishing this residential property, Tidal were instructed to design and fit a Delta Membrane waterproofing system within the newly formed concrete basement.
Trencho, alongside Sherlock have redeveloped the plot to form an expansive private dwelling, after forming the concrete basement, Tidal installed MB1 slurry to the walls, formed Delta Membrane channels and installed sumps for future maintenance of the waterproofing system.
